I got me a rooster a while back now
I call’d him rise and shine
If’n it weren’t for him you know
I’d prob’ly sleep till nine
I kinda like his style n all
With the hens he’s doing well
Up at four around the yard
all day he gives em hell.
How with all them plumage,
do them chickens get locked together?
How does he gets, that endless energy?
Rain or shine, Rise n Shine is
out there ruffling feathers.
Reckon I gotta get some o that kick… back into me..
(I reckon Mamabear would ‘preciate it)

Living the dream out on the land
What a place to be.
Got a laid back bull in the six mile
He’s driving me insane.
I called him Onda Ladies
Shoulda called him Onda Wane.
Vet sold me some med’cine
Said this’ll get him kickin’
I got no idea what’s in that bottle
but it kinda tastes like chicken.
How’s he run with that swingin’ and a slappin’
Hey girls, what’ll be will be.
Hold on Ladies yeah this could happen.
I got that bottle hid away.. safely..
